COURSES ARE IN ITALIAN, GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES OF: Qualification to command pleasure craft: The nautical code provides for various categories of nautical licenses: Pleasure craft means boats and vessels with a length of up to 24 metres. Units over 24 meters are defined as pleasure SHIP.

A CATEGORY

Category A licenses are divided into:
nautical licenses within twelve miles of the coast
nautical licenses without any limit from the coast.
These licenses enable the command and operation of motor units, sailing vessels and sailboats with mixed propulsion.

At the request of the interested party, these licenses can be issued for the command and operation of motor units only.
The nautical license for pleasure craft no longer than 24 meters is mandatory in the following cases, in relation to the navigation actually carried out:
for navigation beyond 6 miles from the coast
for sailing on jet skis and for water skiing
for navigation in inland waters and for navigation in maritime waters within six miles of the coast when an engine is installed:
with a displacement greater than 750 cc if with two-stroke carburetion
with a displacement greater than 1,000 cc if with four-stroke outboard carburetion or if with direct injection
with a displacement greater than 1,300 cc if with on-board four-stroke carburetion
with a displacement greater than 2,000 cc if on a diesel cycle
with power exceeding 30 kW or 40.8 hp.
To find out if a boat license is required, the reference engine power is the maximum operating power.
In summary, when the boat has an engine with a power greater than 30 kW or 40.8 hp, a boat license is always mandatory, even if sailing close to the coast.

CATEGORIA A

Le patenti della categoria A si dividono in:

  • patenti nautiche entro dodici miglia dalla costa
  • patenti nautiche senza alcun limite dalla costa.

Queste patenti abilitano al comando ed alla condotta delle unità a motore, di quelle a vela e di quelle a vela con propulsione mista.

A richiesta dell'interessato queste patenti possono essere rilasciate per il comando e la condotta delle sole unità a motore.

La patente nautica per unità da diporto di lunghezza non superiore a 24 metri è obbligatoria nei seguenti casi, in relazione alla navigazione effettivamente svolta:

  • per la navigazione oltre le 6 miglia dalla costa
  • per la navigazione su moto d'acqua e per lo sci nautico
  • per la navigazione nelle acque interne e per la navigazione nelle acque marittime entro sei miglia dalla costa quando è installato un motore:
    • con cilindrata superiore a 750 cc se a carburazione a due tempi
    • con cilindrata superiore a 1.000 cc se a carburazione a quattro tempi fuori bordo o se a iniezione diretta
    • con cilindrata superiore a 1.300 cc se a carburazione a quattro tempi entro bordo
    • con cilindrata superiore a 2.000 cc se a ciclo diesel
    • con potenza superiore a 30 kw o a 40,8 cv.

Per sapere se vi è obbligo di patente nautica, la potenza del motore di riferimento è quella massima di esercizio.
Riepilogando, quando l'imbarcazione ha un motore con potenza superiore a 30 kw o a 40,8 cv, è sempre obbligatoria la patente nautica, anche se si naviga sottocosta.




B CATEGORY

Category B: License for commanding pleasure craft
The license for pleasure craft enables the command of vessels intended for pleasure SHIP, having a length exceeding 24 metres.

Those who hold a pleasure boat license can command and operate pleasure craft of less than 24 meters in length powered by motor or sail, sailboat with auxiliary engine and motor sailing vessel.

Category C: License for the nautical management of boats and pleasure craft
Category C enables nautical direction, i.e. the carrying out of all those decision-making operations typical of the command of a unit, which may not even include manual actions. However, there must be another adult person on board capable of carrying out the necessary manual functions. This category is normally reserved for disabled people.
It follows that, if there is an authorized person with a C license, even an adult without a license can operate a boat without limits from the coast.

Category D: Special qualification for the command of boats, pleasure boats and jet skis
For category D nautical licenses, limitations may also be indicated relating to the type of pleasure craft, the characteristics of the hull, the power of the engines installed, the navigation limits, even within specific distances from the coast and the weather and sea conditions. CATEGORIA B

Categoria B: Patente per il comando delle navi da diporto

La patente per navi da diporto abilita al comando delle unità destinate alla navigazione da diporto, aventi una lunghezza superiore a 24 metri.

Coloro che sono in possesso della patente per nave da diporto possono comandare e condurre unità da diporto di lunghezza inferiore a 24 metri a motore o a vela, a vela con motore ausiliario e motoveliero.

Categoria C: Patente per la direzione nautica di natanti e imbarcazioni da diporto

La categoria C abilita alla direzione nautica, ovvero al compimento di tutte quelle operazioni decisionali proprie del comando di un'unità, che possono anche non comprendere le azioni manuali. A bordo però deve essere presente un'altra persona maggiorenne in grado di svolgere le funzioni manuali necessarie. Tale categoria di norma è riservata ai disabili.

Ne consegue che, se è presente un abilitato con patente C, anche un maggiorenne senza patente può condurre un'imbarcazione senza limiti dalla costa.

Categoria D: Abilitazione speciale per il comando di natanti, imbarcazioni da diporto e moto d'acqua

Per le patenti nautiche di categoria D possono essere indicate anche limitazioni relative alla tipologia di unita' da diporto, alle caratteristiche dello scafo, alla potenza dei motori installati, ai limiti di navigazione, anche entro specifiche distanze dalla costa e alle condizioni meteomarine. Possono essere indicate anche limitazioni alla durata della loro validita', nonche' prescrizioni relative all'utilizzo di specifici adattamenti o all'avvalimento di assistenti o mediatori in rapporto allo specifico deficit, oltre alle limitazioni espresse nel periodo precedente, conseguenti all'esito degli accertamenti medici di idoneita' psichica e fisica in sede di rilascio, convalida o revisione.

Addestramento per skipper
Vuoi essere uno skipper su uno yacht? Questo programma è destinato a coloro che hanno le conoscenze di base
di navigazione ma non hanno esperienza di gestione come skipper. Uno skipper significa essere un leader che ha il controllo della vela e dell'equipaggio in ogni momento, quindi perfezioneremo le tue abilità di navigazione nel nostro programma.

- Quali documenti, mappe, pilotage
- Come utilizzare la stazione VHF?
- Prepara il tuo motore (carburante, olio, strumenti, accumulatori, acqua)

- Utilizzo dei dispositivi di sicurezza (cinture, torce, lance)
- Come ancorare.
- Quando abbiamo verificato che la barca a vela è in navigazione e in sicurezza, ci sposteremo verso il programma indipendente di gestione della barca e programma dell'equipaggio.

BOAT SKIPPER LICENSE B uso privato

Una persona in possesso di "categoria B" ha il diritto di trasferire navi/barche e yacht fino a 30 GT per uso personale. Poiché gran parte della preparazione all'esame sarà anche durante la navigazione, questo programma viene utilizzato per identificare e verificare tutte quelle parti teoriche necessarie per questo test.

Tutti i tipi di barche e yacht fino a 30 GT
Un certificato di qualificazione per una imbarcazione di classe C può essere acquisito da una persona che abbia almeno 18 anni di età, soddisfi le condizioni di salute prescritte, in particolare per quanto riguarda la vista e l'udito, completi la formazione e superi l'esame secondo il programma prescritto.
Validità del Certificato: possono essere utilizzate tutte le imbarcazioni fino a 30 tonnellate lorde (privato e uso commerciale) e sono emessi per un periodo di 5 anni. Si rinnova con un valido certificato di idoneità sanitaria di un componente di un equipaggio di navi militari, imbarcazioni e yacht rilasciato da medico autorizzato.

Il certificato di competenza del comandante di uno yacht di categoria A (fino a 100 tonnellate lorde) viene rilasciato per un periodo di 5 anni. Si rinnova con un valido certificato di idoneità sanitaria di un componente di un equipaggio di navi militari, imbarcazioni e yacht rilasciato da medico autorizzato.

YACHTMASTER B 500GT

Yacht Master Categoria B (fino a 500 GT)
durata del corso:174 ore (lezioni 88 h ed esercizi 86 h, navigazione pratica 46 h)

Il corso Yacht Master Categoria B è svolto secondo quanto previsto dall'articolo 55 del Regolamento delle imbarcazioni e degli yacht.

Il Brevetto può essere rinnovato dopo 5 anni per lo stesso periodo se il titolare ha almeno dodici mesi di navigazione come Yacht Commander fino a 500 GT e soddisfa le condizioni sanitarie prescritte, in particolare visibilità e udito.
